Mô tả chi tiết công việc

1. Recruitment operations:

-Coordinate recruitment and selection process and operations in line with the company’s policy on the matters;

-Propose and implement improvements regarding process, organization… to increase efficiency, by pro-actively working with HR Manager and Vietnam Recruitment Manager; advise managers on best practice of recruitment and selection;

-Follow up labor market trends and competitors to advise necessary changes in the company’s recruitment process and strategy;

-Coordinate recruitment team; actively analyze recruitment situation to advise directions and actions for recruitment team to ensure efficiency, and find out optimal ways to reach targets;

-Analyze and anticipate recruitment needs to define right strategy for each position;

-Manage recruitment team: discipline, motivation, organization, task assignment, training, evaluation, target, recognition ad reward…;

-Directly join in recruitment process:

+ Compose job postings;

+ Organize job postings on different channels, following up their visibility and efficiency;

+ Organize and carry out CV screening;

+ Arrange hiring test;

+ Conduct interviews up to manager level;

+ Send employment offer letters to successful candidates, negotiate with them and respond to their queries, if any, in timely and effective way;

+ Ensure that the recruitment database and reporting system are maintained, updated and improved; maintain an active and organized data bank of applications for various positions;

+ Ensure that all the posts to hire are processed in diligent and professional manner by recruitment team and in line with the set process and standards

-Coordinate internal recruitment with C&B team;

-Implement and organize active recruitment method such as resume search, headhunting;

-Implement new, active and creative recruitment methods to attract and hire qualified candidates, such as using social networks…;

-Follow up and contribute to the improvement of the recruitment tool in coordination with Vietnam Recruitment Manager;

-Maintain reporting and statistics system with updated and accurate information;

-Develop and maintain good relationship with academics, institutions, and partners in recruitment field; represent the Company in various outdoors activities;

-Produce documents for recruitment purpose (job descriptions, flyers, and others);

2. Talent acquisition

-Develop talent pool for various key positions for the identified needs above;

-Coordinate talent pool and network development

-Oversee, coordinate, develop internship program or academic training (GL school…), as well different forms of cooperation with strategic partners;

3. Integration of new comers

-Conduct and join in the design of Induction program;

-Collaborate in actions to ensure the on-boarding program is implemented, in good conditions and in satisfactory manner, from pre-employment phase to the integration of new employees into the company;

-Make sure the recruitment team renders quality service to new employees, follow up their integration in teams, after joining, and take necessary initiatives for improvement

-Report to Studio HR Manager.

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

1. Qualifications

-Good knowledge in HR, and in recruitment particularly;

-Good knowledge of game industry and jobs;

-Good knowledge of IT faculties, schools, institutes, etc.;

-Good understanding of the current business climate and career trends;

-Good communication, organization and planning skills;

-Good presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;

-Pro-activeness and initiative taking skills;

-Good analysis skills;

-Good leadership;

-Autonomy, availability, ability to work under high pressure; being result-oriented, quality-oriented, and methodical;

-English proficiency (both writing and speaking);

- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); internet and e-mail know-how;
