Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)


Job Description Detail

- Selling land infrastructure, ready-built-factories, warehouse space and related services.
- Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and sales budget.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal.
- Finding new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company, products and services.
- Keep CRM/Smartsheets up-to-date with latest reports and key data.
- Negotiate/close deals, including LRA/CIL/USA&GSA
- Actual LHO and signing
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share with co-workers.
- Organize/participate/support in network events, investment seminars, trade fairs,..
- Host business delegations
- Assist team members with claims and complaints handling.
- Assist Account Executives with preparing and evaluating proposals, referral agreements..
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Support potential investors with their site selection (research, guidance…)
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution: Total Customer Ownership.
- Work in accordance with company procedures.
- Support Account Executive with preparing proposals, market studies, competition analysis,…

Required Experience/Skills Detail

- Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent;
- Profiency in English & Japanese (preference is local Vietnamese, with fluent Japanese for business setting)
- At least 3 years of working experience in sales, marketing or in relevant field;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports;
- Proactive, adaptable and flexible;
- Business trip as required;
- Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadline;
- Ability to work independently or in group.
