- Make Purchase / Sales Inventory Plan in order to maintain minimum stocks level.
- Investigate suitable Supply sources.
- Negotiate price and delivery with suppliers.
- Place order and check delivery.
- Maintain Purchase and price record.
* Delivery:
- To deliver correct machines to customers’ in expect time - coordinating with warehouse.
- Check shipping document and update invoice day in system.
* Inventory control:
- Communicate with warehouse
- Conduct annual stock taking and reconcile the differences.
- Maintain stock record.
* Report:
- Supply following reports to top management, Daily/ Monthly inventory.

- At least 03 years’ relevant working experience
- Resourceful, meticulous and independent with good analytical, communication and interpersonals skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Excel.
- Good speaking English
- Having foreigner company working experience is preferable.
