- Researches, writes press releases and makes sure that they reach the target audience
- Actively involved in preparing publicity brochures, handouts, promotional videos and multimedia programs that serve to reach the Hotel’s policies to the public.
- Ensures that effective press releases are written by his team and that they compile comprehensive information about the Hotel, for the media
- Responsible for organizing press conference, exhibitions and press tours
- Answers all questions related to the Hotel’s strategies
- Besides managing the Hotel’s publicity strategies, a public relations manager also evaluates the advertising and promotional programs and ensures that it is compatible with the target audience
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing PR, IMC or any other related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field
- Charming appearance, pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skill and service minded
- Strong knowledge in event, media, and communication strategic planning.
- Able to manage priorities under pressure with very good negotiation, coordination and communication skills
- Be computer literate especially in MS Word, Excel, Internet, E-mail.
- Have a good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese skills, French is an advantage
