- Assist GD, Factory Manager, General Manager in execution and management of company’s works
- Support Assistant to GD  in  the fields of humance resource, general affairs, purchasing & logistic..
- Support Operation Manager in the work of workshop such as prepairing & managing document, input data,  checking time attendance…
- Reception tasks
- Other tasks if be required
* In a necessary situation, the employee may be assigned other duties by his direct supervisor if the work is suitable to his capability and health

- Good manufacturing skills
- Responsible individual, good interpersonal skills, able to complete the given tasks with minimize supervision
- Good computer, presentation skills
- Good knowledge of the Vietnamese’s labor law
- Capable of working independently as well as part of the team
- Fluent English or Japanese language skill (oral and written) is preferable
