- Improve services process, tools and client quality of experience,
- Manage practice pipeline, booking, billing, GM
- Analyze client design/consulting requirement and generate services scope of work.
- Perform multi discipline (security, voice, network management) design and integration collaboration with other Solution Architects.
- Perform advanced technical consulting, optimization and/or assessment services for Enterprise or Service Provider.
- Perform simulation in lab to resolve complex network issues and design proof-of-concept
- Performs analysis/review of large-scale network design, architecture and conduct design workshop with client
- Generate network high-level design document, assessment/consulting document
- Generate network low-level design document, i.e. network equipment configuration template, detail deployment or migration plan.
- Perform complex network implementation/migration services as per necessary scope
- Pioneer for emerging technologies and services, be a particular technology champion and contributor within Asia Pacific Professional services virtual team.
- Mentor for Solution Architects in service delivery; continuously improve service processes, tools and client experience.
- Responsible for managing network infrastructure Line-of-business services pipeline, and other professional services key financial indicators.
- Point of contact for regional resource sharing and individual contributor within virtual team
- Manage and monitor training development for SA, Sr. Consultant and Consultant

- Single or multiple CCIE or CCDE
- CISSP desirable
- Expert level knowledge in LAN/WAN, Data Center architecture, IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, EIGRP) and its large-scale deployment best practice.
- Expert level knowledge in MPLS/IP-NGN and Optical technologies
- Expert level knowledge in Enterprise Security Solution (FW, IDS, CS-MARS, NAC, AAA, CSA and security best practices)
- Vast experience in large-scale network implementation project
- Experienced or practice knowledge in Voice/IP Telephony, security, network management system and network operation
- Familiar with project management process and professional services delivery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong business knowledge in one or more client’s market segmentation (service provider, financial/banking, manufacturing, or travel and transportation) is preferred
