- Checking stock balance and divide sale orders
- Calculating loading capacity ( how many metric ton, cubic metre)
- Booking trucks to transportation
- Arranging trucks in every area, time to deliver
- Doing work orders (LDD) and packing lists
- Giving invoices to drivers
- Collecting yellow invoices from drivers and give to account dept
- Be in constant communication with Sales teams ( TDM, SALE SUP ) and Account department to schedule the most efficient workflows and to develop efficient processes between departments.
- Work together with Store department to ensure the accurate stock balance in the report, quality of goods and production date, kinds of goods, returned goods
- Scheduling and report to manager, sale department everyday
* Additional Tasks:
- Training new staff and communicating the company strategy and management decisions to team members
- Report to Operations Manager on the progress of warehouse improvement programs

- Fluent in English or Japanese
- Have working experience in Logistic Dept at least 3 years:control and manage the logistic department of beverage.
