2. How to recognize my Resume was accepted or not [Back to FAQ List]
After you fill full information step by step, click “Submit” button to post resume. Within 24 hours, your resume will be checked by CareerLink.vn and post on website. CareerLink.vn have the right to reject your resume which doesn’t have enough information to apply.
If your resume is rejected, please fill full your information, and please post again.

3. How to create Resume on CareerLink.vn [Back to FAQ List]
(1) First, you should make your account. (please see Q.2)
(2) Click “My Resumes” and enter “Create Resume”. “Post new resume” will be displayed.
(3) “Post new resume” has 5 steps to make your resume.
(4) After you finish to input your information, you can see preview, and finally click “Submit”

4. How to apply jobs by online [Back to FAQ List]
If you interested in some position, you can click on the title to see more detail, you can apply the job by online. To apply online, please do by the following steps:
(1) Click “Apply online”
(2) Choose your Resume on CareerLink.vn. If you don’t have Resume yet, you can make your Resume. Please see next FAQ
(3) Click “Submit”
* Only the candidates who created Resume on CareerLink.vn can use "Apply online".

5. How to save some suitable jobs? [Back to FAQ List]
(1) In search result page, please check the job’s select box you would like to save, and click “Save Checked Jobs”
(2) If you would like to see your saved jobs, click “My CareerLink” and enter “My Saved Jobs”. You can check your saved jobs.

6. Can I search jobs by Job Category? [Back to FAQ List]
You can saech jobs by Category on homepage and "Quick Job Search" page. If you would like to search jobs by using more filter, please click “Advanced Job Search”. You can get more effectively search results.

7. How to find a job on CareerLink.vn effectively? [Back to FAQ List]
You can use “Quick Search” on CareerLink.vn homepage, enter keywords relate to your desired job, then click “Search” or press Enter. You can also choose suitable category or location to obtain search results.
If you would like to search jobs by using more filter, please click “Search Jobs” and, click “Advanced Job Search”. You can get more effectively search results.

8. What should I do if I want to change Email / Login ID? [Back to FAQ List]
(1) Login your account.
(2) Click “My CareerLink”, and “Change My Email/Login ID ” on My CareerLink page.
(3) Input your Password and a new Email/ Login ID, and click “Submit”
(4) You will shortly receive “Change Email/ Login ID Comfirm Email”, please click the link provided.

9. When I forget my password. What should I do? [Back to FAQ List]
To recover your password, please do by the
following instructions:
(1) On homepage, please click “ Forgot Password”.
(2) Enter your Email / Login ID address, and click “Submit”, you will
receive our instruction email.
Please check your Mailbox to know the password
which you forgot.

Please carry out by the following steps to
make a free account
(1) On CarreLink.vn homepage,
click “ Sign Up”.
(2) After filling full required information, and agree Terms and Condition of Use, click “Submit” button.
(3) When the announcement page required to activate your account is
displayed, please check
your Emailbox and click the activation key link.
(4) After activating your account successful, You can use your account.
Notice : Email / Login ID must be real address
because we will send an activation email to confirm your mail adress is real or
